One of a kind · Hand-sewn silk camisole
Crafted entirely by hand from a curated selection of silk remnants, including pieces from vintage Comme des Garçons dresses and other rare finds over several years. Each camisole is unique, shaped slowly through intuitive stitching and a deep respect for material memory. Soft butterlike qualities against the skin with delicate finishes, meant to be worn as a second layer or on its own at night.
The shape is soft and minimal, cut to follow the natural fall of the silk. No machines were used - only hand, thread, and countless hours of hand stitching with mixed coloured french vintage silk thread.
This camisole is a singular work of wearable craft. A quiet offering in honour of process, imperfection, and devotion.

The LSJ studio makes handmade-to-order garments using rarely found vintage and reprinted antique textiles. Our practice is the opposite of next day delivery: a time- consuming and creative process, made by a small team of four people. We use traditional craftsmanship techniques that involve composing, cutting and sewing everything by hand, imbuing each piece with a sense of soul and beautiful finish lacking from today’s fashion system.
