These editions began over six years ago while I was living in Paris and rediscovered the smock dress and a craft that stirred such memories from my own childhood. This is its adult counterpart: gently one-size, fitted through the curve and depth of each sleeve. Every dress has its own charm and character with entirely individual embroidery Madagascar is known for.
The Craft
Each dress is handmade by skilled artisans in Madagascar, meaning no two are ever alike. Because of this slow, traditional process, the drops are never scheduled. They arrive when they are ready.
