An archaeologist of the romantic, Line Sander unearths rare fabric remnants and small-volume collectible textiles before reawakening their sleeping beauty in artisan pieces. Traditional sewing techniques and master tailoring skills stitch a sense of handwritten poetry into each work, creating pieces that are by nature limited edition. 

All of our jackets and garments are made by our team of independent artisans, offering pieces for sale here as we finish them.

This is how we work

The LSJ studio makes handmade garments using rarely found vintage and reprinted antique textiles. Our practice is the opposite of next day delivery: a time- consuming and creative process, made by a small team of independent artisans. We use traditional craftsmanship techniques that involve composing, cutting and sewing everything by hand, imbuing each piece with a sense of soul and beautiful finish lacking from today’s fashion system.
